Welcome to your bulking bible! Putting on muscle can be extremely difficult and this plan will give you all the tools you need to gain mass whilst staying reasonably lean. When we refer to ‘bulking’ we do not mean simply eating anything and everything to get as big as possible. Yes food is a priority but there are tactical ways that this food can be used to build muscle as oppose to storing fat! The training plan is also solely focused on putting on muscle mass rather than getting stronger. Being stronger does not necessarily mean putting on muscle so we aren’t trying to hit ‘pb’s’ on a 1 rep max, it won’t build muscle and it may cause an injury!
